Dear Colleague,
It is our pleasure to inform you that "Dynamics Days Europe 2008" will be held at TU Delft, The Netherlands, from August 25th to 29th, 2008. Founded in 1980, Dynamics Days Europe has a long tradition of bringing together researchers from a wide range of backgrounds who share a common interest in the theory and applications of nonlinear dynamics. The Dynamics Days Europe 2008 conference will consist of 11 topical themes. Each theme will have an associated plenary lecture, one or more invited speakers and in some cases a few contributed talks. The latter will be selected by the theme organizers from submitted abstracts.
We invite the submission of abstracts. The majority of accepted contributions will be presented as posters; a few abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. We would like to make each of the four interactive poster sessions as vibrant as possible, and therefore encourage the use of, for example, computer demonstrations to complement the posters.
The following deadlines should be noted:
May 15, 2008 Deadline for 200 word abstracts for poster presentation*
June 15, 2008 Notification of acceptance
July 15, 2008 Deadline for reduced fee registration
August 25, 2008 Conference begins
