Are you working on data-analysis or modelling studies for the fair share of your time? Are you curious to know where that data is coming from? Or how experiments are used to gain better understanding in coastal processes? Join Y-NCK on February 26th (15:30 – 17:00) for a tour around the facilities of Deltares.

The afternoon will start with an interesting presentation of two Deltares experts that used the flumes or the basins for their research. They will give you an idea how the Deltares facilities are used in these projects and what type of experiments can be performed. After the presentations we will go on a tour to see the facilities ourselves. The tour will visit a.o. the Hydrohall with multiple flumes and basins and the Delta Flume which is used for life size experiments. The afternoon ends with drinks!
