Friday, 17 April 00:00

Due to the Corona measures, this NCK themeday has been rescheduled from 17th April to 18th of September. The programme still needs to be confirmed and is preliminary.

On the 18th of September, the NCK community will gather to discuss the 'hot topic' of plastic pollution in rivers, seas, oceans and living organisms. We aim to give a broad overview of the topic, reflected by the wide range in subjects of the presentations. We will exchange knowledge on the transport processes of plastics in rivers, seas and oceans and the link of plastic pollution in sediment and living organisms. Also, there is plenty of opportunity to network and discuss new collaborations during this theme day.

The venue is the Museum voor Volkenkunde, Steenstraat 1, 2312 BS Leiden (museum website | view location in Google Maps). The museum is at walking distance of the main train station of Leiden.

Please register via the green button on top of this page.
